ISO 9001 and CMMI Level 3

CMMI level 3

Our main office have been ISO 9001 ​certified since 1998. We studied and implemented CMMi Level 3 for years and We gained the certification in 2009.

Quality Policy

To provide services and solutions with quality, reliability, productivity and reuse, complying with all functionality, time and budget pre-established requirements. To continuously improve the processes and methodologies applied.

Our Quality Objectives:

  • To assure that our services and solutions satisfy our clients and pave the way for new contracts;
  • To give our clients an adequate cost/benefit relation, with profitability for CINQ;
  • To avoid the waste of financial, material and time resources;
  • To transmit confidence and trust to our collaborators, clients, partners and suppliers;
  • To improve the financial performance and promote the Company structured growth.

Policy of social and environmental responsibility

CINQ understands that sustainable development is supported by economic, social and environmental tripod, and to keep it, CINQ looks for ethical conduct and transparency with the society (customers, suppliers, employees, partners, business sector and environment).

CINQ collaborates with activities to improve education, health, environmental preservation, respecting the diversity. CINQ does not tolerate or use child labor.

Social and environmental responsibility activities are part of CINQ’s strategic planning.
